Terms of trade Prices are given in Euro and not include VAT. Please send your inquiries and orders by fax or e-mail. Goods are delivered by courier company. The cost of delivery and any insurance shall be borne by the Customer. We accept payment by our shipper (COD) and by bank transfer. In certain situations and for export orders we reserve the right to request payment in advance. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue payments in accordance with Polish law. All goods remain the property of STERKRAK until paid for in full. Time of delivery - from the stock or 2 - 4 weeks in case of restart production. Our regular Customers obtain individual forms of payment.
